Refund policy


 

№.1 Return Conditions 

 

 - We only accept returns for items with **manufacturing defects or shipping damage**.  
   - If the item is undamaged (including but not limited to: no wear, no scratches, no signs of use, tags intact), returns or refunds will not be accepted.

 

№.2 Return Process   


   - If you receive a defective item, please contact customer service within **48 hours of delivery** and provide:  
     - Order number  
     - Clear photos/videos of the issue  
     - Shipping label photo  
   - Upon verification, we will arrange a return or refund.  

 

№.3 Non-Returnable Items   


   - Returns due to subjective reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size, color difference).  
   - Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.  
   - Sale items or customized products (e.g., engraved, special sizes).  

 

№.4 Refund Details 


   - Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding used coupon values).  
   - International return shipping fees and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.  

 

№.5 Exceptions   


   - If the return is caused by our error (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover all costs.
